While this utterly horrible horror show of a year slowly comes to an end, there are still some events that PC gamers can look forward to. Case in point, the annual Steam Autumn Sale has officially kicked off and this time around, it looks like there are some pretty enticing deals.
One important thing to take note is that, unlike previous Autumn Sale events, this year’s online event feels more muted, and features no mini-games of sorts. That said, it is still the chance and season to vote for your favourite game on the digital platform.
Moving on, some initial discounts are for games and franchises we think are worth the money. At the time of writing, some of the featured deals includes Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds, which is currently 50% off. Another game on the list is Red Dead Redemption 2 at 33% off.
As usual, there are also several franchises that are being heavily discounted, chief among them currently being the entire BioShock Collection that is going for 80% or RM23.80. Of course, there’s also the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and all its expansions that can be yours for less than RM40 at the moment.
As always, the discount values for all titles will diminish in value as the sale nears its end date, so if you’ve already got your eye on a specific title, you’ll want to lock in that purchase as soon as possible.
On that note, the Steam Autumn Sale is set to end on 1 December Pacific time, which is 2 December for us.
