KUALA LUMPUR (June 9): Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has reportedly left Istana Negara after his audience with the King.
His convoy was seen exiting the palace gates at 8.55am.
Muhyiddin, who is also president of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia, had arrived earlier, at 7.50am, for an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
It is understood that His Majesty had granted separate audiences to leaders of the country’s major political parties, in order to be given an update on developments related to the country’s administration. – Malay Mail
