No new localities in S’wak placed under EMCO

KUCHING (July 11): No new localities in the state have been placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) today, said the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC).

However, the committee noted that the EMCO for Rh Kedeney Beleti Undop in Sri Aman has been extended for another week starting tomorrow until July 18.

It also said in its Covid-19 daily update that the EMCO for eight localities in three districts have ended starting today.

Ending its EMCO today was Syarikat Sebangun Quarters at Jalan Tanjung Kidurong in Bintulu, it said.

It said the seven other localities namely Rh Malang anak Bada, Sg Bayan in Mukah; Balingan Power Generation (BPG) Workers Quarters, Jalan Mukah-Sibu in Mukah; Ladang Mukah 1 Workers Quarters, Sarawak Plantation Agriculture Development Sdn Bhd (SPAD) in Mukah; Rh Angsat, Kampung Pakit B in Sri Aman; Rh Majeng, Kampung Po Ai in Sri Aman; Rh Kedeni and Rh Mengga, Kampung Batu Besai in Sri Aman will have their EMCO lifted tomorrow.
