Billiard centres allowed to operate during CMCO

Masidi

KOTA KINABALU: The State Government has allowed registered billiard centres in Sabah to operate during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), said State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun.

“The State Government has agreed to allow the operation of billiard activities in registered premises, starting from today (Feb 26) – in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) for sports activities,” he said.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Masidi stressed that the billiard centres are not allowed to hold competitions.

He said that all patrons in the billiard centres must go through temperature checks and are required to abide by all other SOPs.
