KUCHING (June 13): Eight localities in four districts across the state have been placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO), the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) said.
It said in its Covid-19 daily update that starting yesterday (June 12), Rh Belayong anak Buang, KM22 Jalan Bintulu-Tatau, Rh Fabian Jembu anak Tangi, Sg Setiam KM37, Jalan Pesisir Kuala Tatau, and Rh Chali anak Ugok, Batu 17, Jalan Bintulu-Miri in Bintulu as well as Kampung Dagang, Rh Enpawi anak Seriban, Sungai Kelawit, Jalan Tatau-Sibu, and Rh Itam anak Ujok, Sungai Kelawit, KM16, Jalan Tatau-Sibu in Tatau will be under EMCO for two weeks until June 25.
“The EMCO for Rh Umang Jamit, Ulu Nunggang in Pakan will start from today (June 13) until June 29 while Kampung Tabuan Haji Drahman in Kuching will be placed under EMCO from tomorrow until June 28,” it said.
The committee also announced the end of EMCO for Almabumi Plantation Sdn Bhd Quarters, Ladang Bukit, Ulu Sebauh and Rumah Sewa Atas DD Mart, Sg Plan in Bintulu which ended yesterday.
It added that the EMCO for Rh Daisy, Skim B, Bintangor in Sarikei will be lifted tomorrow (June 14).
