KOTA KINABALU: Blocks 11 and 12, Lorong 4 in Taman Nuri, Sandakan, will go under
enhanced movement control order (EMCO) from Sunday until July 24 after nine of the 16 tests were positive.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Friday also announced that Tawau prison and Taman Ehsan prison quarters will no longer be under lockdown after July 9.
He also said EMCOs at Kampung Pukat Tanjung Batu Laut and Kampung Baru Pasir Putih and the PPR flats in Taman Murni, Sandakan will end as scheduled after July 10.
The EMCO at Lorong 12, 15 and 16, Taman Fajar in Sandakan will also come to an end at the same time, he added in a statement.
