The Sebubu Plantation Workers’ Quarters in Bintulu and Rh Rantie at Ulu Strass, Bintangor in Meradong are put under EMCO, said SDMC.
KUCHING (July 10): Two localities in Bintulu and Meradong respectively will be placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO), said the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC).
In its daily update statement, SDMC said the EMCO has been enforced at the Sebubu Plantation Workers’ Quarters, Bintulu-Miri Coastal Road in Bintulu from yesterday till July 22; while Rh Rantie at Ulu Strass, Bintangor in Meradong will be placed under EMCO from today till July 26.
No further EMCO extension is declared at any other localities in the state, SDMC added.
Meanwhile, the EMCO at two localities in Betong and Sebauh respectively will end on July 10.
They are Rh Mendali, Buyong Panjai in Betong and Teachers’ Quarters, Block B, SMK Sebauh in Sebauh.
