ASUS Launches Custom GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Graphics Cards Lineup; Starts From RM2299

NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ti has officially hit the market and just like clockwork, so too have the custom cards of its AiB partners. In ASUS’ case, the brand is launching the card across its three main product lines: the Dual, TUF, and ROG Strix.

As with all ASUS Dual series graphics card, the sub-brand caters to gamers looking for a card with a simple, yet clean aesthetics. In terms of size and cooling, the Dual RTX 3060 Ti barely takes up two slots and is cooled by two front-blowing fans. Further, the card also features an aluminium backplate for added rigidity and to prevent the front of the PCB from sagging. In terms of performance, the Dual RTX 3060 Ti has a Gaming Mode boost clock of 1665MHz and an OC Mode boost clock of 1695MHz. Do note that there’s also an OC Edition of the card, and that model has a Gaming Mode and OC Mode boost clock of 1710MHz and 1740MHz.

Pricing for the ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will retail for RM2299, but do note that this pricing is for the OC Edition, and not the standard edition. On a side note, there is also a “Mini” variant of the card, but ASUS has yet to release the official SRP for it.

Moving down the list, we have the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. Yet again, like all graphics card recently released under the series, this card features the same ruggedly designed cooler shroud and triple Axial-tech fan that also support the brand’s 0rpm technology. In addition, the card’s PCB is also fitted with high-end chokes and MOSFETs and even has military-grade certification.

As for its clockspeeds, the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti also comes in both a standard edition and OC Edition. For the standard edition, the Gaming Mode and OC Mode boost clocks are set at 1665MHz and 1695MHz respectively, while the OC Edition has slightly higher clockspeeds of 1755MHz and 1785MHz.

Price-wise, the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti OC Edition retails for RM2499.

Last on the list is ASUS’ top-of-the-line ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. Sporting a triple Axial-tech fan orientation, the central fans comprises 13 blades, while the two auxiliary fans are fitted with 11 blades. Additionally, both the central and auxiliary fans are designed to spin in opposing directions, so as to maximise cooling efficiency while also keeping turbulence to a minimum. Beneath the fans is the card’s massive heatsink featuring ASUS’ MaxContact technology, enabling it to maintain surface contact with the GPU on a microscopic level. Oh, and it takes up close to three slots when affixed to a motherboard.

Again, like the Dual and TUF Gaming, the ROG Strix RTX 3060 Ti is available in both a non-OC and OC Edition. The former has a Gaming Mode and OC Mode boost clock of 1665MHz and 1695MHz, while the OC Edition is rated at 1860MHz and 1890MHz, respectively. Lastly, pricing for the OC Edition is set at RM2649.

Regardless of the model, all GeForce RTX 3060 Ti feature 8GB GDDR6 graphics memory running at 14Gbps, and feature 4864 CUDA cores. They all also come with a 3-year warranty period, plus a 1-year extended warranty from ASUS itself.

All of ASUS’ RTX 3060 Ti cards are available starting today, provided that retailers have stock for them.
