They only need the house address and a photo of the house with the white flag.

At the time of writing, the post has gone viral with over 65,000 shares and 3,100 likes
Thousands of netizens lauded the mini-market chain for their generosity, while some pledged their patronage for the business over their timely act of charity.
“This makes me stop petrolling (sic) other grocery stores, but buying from 99 Speedmart only when the need arises. Good job, 99 Speedmart!” read a top comment.
“Proud to be the people of Malaysia. When we are hit by a disaster, regardless of race and religion, we will help each other,” said a Facebook user.
One netizen gave a brief history of the founder of the successful business.
“99 Speedmart’s boss is an OKU (person with disabilities) below the waist who needs a wheelchair. He started a business from his mother’s house with a capital of only hundreds (of ringgit). He then started doing business on the streets until he is a successful entrepreneur,” the person wrote.
“OKUs don’t even look at one’s race or religion. Only sincerity is important to them.”

The #BenderaPutih movement is widely considered as an initiative started by the rakyat, for the rakyat. It aims to provide help to those affected by the Movement Control Order (MCO).
According to a poster of the movement, people who are struggling can seek help from others by raising a white flag outside their houses, while financially capable Malaysians are encouraged to help those in need.
As of now, it is uncertain how many outlets 99 Speedmart has in the country. However, it was reported in May that the company aims to expand to 2,1000 outlets by the end of this year.
The company is founded by Lee Thiam Wah, who described his first outlet as “a traditional ‘mom and pop’ sundry mart”. The outlet was called Pasar Raya Hiap Hoe, located in Tepi Sungai, Klang.
Based on the information on their website, the first outlet that bore the name ’99’ was opened in Klang Utama. By 2017, the company celebrated the opening of their 1,000th outlet in Shah Alam.
