Social media posts that go away after awhile are extremely common right now.And the latest one may come from Spotify. This is following the relatively recently released Fleets by Twitter.
This comes as part of the streaming service’s Christmas Hits playlist. In what’s supposed to serve as the album art for the playlist, you have a bunch of stories-like short videos from big-name singers. This includes the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Clarkson, each with their own memory or message to share.

Engadget reports that this feature has also made its way to other playlists. Spotify says that this is a test, so it remains to be seen if it will be come a permanent fixture. For now, it also looks like the test is limited to Android and iOS users. PC users don’t get access to it, for better or worse, be it on the standalone software or the web version.
According to the report, Spotify confirmed last year that it was testing the feature. At the time, the company said that it would only be for artists and some influencers. So even if the feature gets officially announced, it’s not something the average user can shoehorn into their custom playlists.
