SIBU (June 21): Four mobile vaccination teams have been set up to vaccinate 1,688 longhouse residents in Nangka state constituency against Covid-19, Sibu Divisional Disaster Management Committee (SDDMC) coordinator, Dr Annuar Rapaee, said.

He said the vaccination programme at Rh John Lalong in Pasai, Jalan Teku, here today is the first location to be visited by the mobile team.

“The mobile vaccination team is an ideal approach to reach out to the rural community to get them vaccinated.

“The four mobile teams will be reaching out to all the 34 longhouses in Nangka over the next three days,” Dr Annuar, who is Assistant Minister of Local Government and Housing, said when visiting the vaccination programme at Rh John Lalong.
