Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob just announced that the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) – except for Sarawak – will be extended from 5 February to 18 February
The MCO was intially planned to end on Thursday, 4 February.
He said that the standard operating procedures (SOP) during this extension will be tightened with details to be announced later by the National Security Council (NSC).
Meanwhile, Sarawak will continue to remain under Conditional MCO for now.
