KUCHING (June 12): The Taman Harmoni Community Hall in Sri Aman will be turned into a Covid-19 Quarantine and Low-risk Treatment Centre (PKRC) following advice from the Health Ministry (MOH).

Assistant Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Francis Harden Hollis said the PKRC would be capable of housing 50 bunk beds to accommodate 100 patients at any one time.

“With this PKRC ready, we will be able to offer better healthcare services for low-risk patients,” he said after inspecting the preparation works there recently.
