KUCHING (June 10): The Malaysian Trade Union Congress (MTUC) Sarawak has commended the super efficient management of the AstraZeneca Vaccination Centre (PPVAZ) here.

MTUC Sarawak secretary Andrew Lo said he was certainly very impressed with the way his vaccination was done at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) this morning.

“I had opted for the AstraZeneca vaccine and was given an appointment at 9am today.

“I arrived at 8.35am, parked my car, was given a queue No. 60 at 8.45am. I was vaccinated at 9.05 am,” he shared.

Lo said signage at the centre were clear and informative all the way and staff were well trained and helpful.

He said if that is not efficient he doesn’t know what is.

“I would like to thank all the front-liners — from the Rela traffic wardens to the registration staff, to the nurses for the tireless and thankless job.

“I would urge the public to stick to their appointments and arrive no more than half an hour earlier,” he added.
