PETALING JAYA: A 27-year-old man arrested for allegedly stabbing his toddler daughter in the stomach yesterday has tested positive for methamphetamine.
Selangor CID chief Fadzil Ahmat said the suspect has been remanded for five days to assist in investigations.
Fadzil added that the 20-month-old baby is being treated at Serdang hospital.
The stabbing, at a flat in Puchong Permai yesterday, shocked the surrounding community.
