KUCHING (June 4): Sim Tan Pheng, a man with Parkinson’s disease who resides at Lorong Bayor Bukit 22 in Tabuan Jaya here, has gone missing since 4pm today.
His family has been trying to locate his whereabouts since his disappearance and his daughter Jia Ying posted the incident on Facebook, appealing to the public to help them find the family man.
According to Jia Ying, her father is wearing grey pants, skinny and about 162cm tall.
The family believes that Sim went out for a walk around the neighbourhood but until now (as of press time), he has not returned home.

Speaking to The Borneo Post, Sim’s wife Mdm Jong said her husband left home for a walk when she was taking a nap.
She said only she and her husband were home at the time.
“He does go out for a walk once in a while and usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. But today, he hasn’t come home and we have been waiting.
“Those staying along the same lane (Bayor Bukit 22) know my husband but so far no one has seen him. We appeal to those who know his whereabouts to call us,” she added.
