PUTRAJAYA (June 24): The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) is providing drop boxes at its branches, satellite offices, Revenue Service Centres and nearby district offices to facilitate individuals whose Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) applications had been rejected in Sarawak and Sabah to submit their forms.

In a statement today, IRB said the drop box facility would be provided until the last date, June 30, for the appeal applications.

“The applicants only need to put the completed form and supporting documents in an envelope and seal it neatly before dropping it into the drop box so as not to mix with other applicants’ forms,” the statement said.

IRB said the drop boxes were being provided taking into account the difficulty faced by BPR applicants in Sarawak and Sabah to do so online, besides assisting them to comply with the standard operating procedure to curb the spread of COVID-19.

The applicants can refer to BPR’s official portal at https://bpr.hasil.gov.my for more information.

Any enquiries and feedback related to this matter can be forwarded to IRB through the Hasil Care Line at 03-8911 1000 or 603-8911 1100 (overseas) or HASiL live Chat and feedback form on IRB’s official portal at the quick link https://maklumbalaspelanggan.hasil.gov.my/MaklumBalas/ms-my/. – Bernama
